Bi-Valley Medical Clinic, Inc. began to treat opiate addiction in July of 1980 when it took over a 150 patient methadone maintenance program from the University of California Davis, Medical Center. Bi-Valley now treats over 1,000 patients in our three outpatient treatment program facilities.
