Carter W. Flygare, President of CFI and Chief Pilot has been providing Flight Training in the Sacramento area since 1964, holds the Gold Seal Flight Instructor Certificate and has more than 46,000 flight hours . CFI is located in the Terminal Building at the Executive Airport in Sacramento.
