| Owner, Anthony Balistreri, is a highly educated diamond expert with many years of experience in the wholesale business. Prior to that (in the late 80's and early 90's) Tony was well versed in the art of customer service as a manager of Nordstrom's fine jewelry department in San Francisco and Palo Alto. He had won every individual award Nordstrom had to offer (customer service all-star, pace setter, perfect shop). Tony also received personal acknowledgements from Jim Nordstrom and other executives for his accomplishments. |
