I returned in 3hrs, explained defective item RIGHT OUT OF BOX (metal flakes fell out, loose handle) plus opening it the first time CUT my hand 5/8” bleeding. Woman immediately accused me of damage, asked her stop YELLING at me, she got personal including mocking my family. True! WTF???!! Then I made agreement w/dude, she YELLED again, he reneged, she MAXed my anxiety, couldn’t cope, had to turn around and cover my ears, when I uncovered them she kicked me out. Walked to my car shaking, forgot the item, they let me drive away & kept it. Spent $300+ past yr here, I’m old guy, mellow, obviously not a problem guy or scamming them, didn’t damage it, didn’t rant or yell, stayed cool. I swear to this. All for $25 retail/$10 cost item. Too many shops w/good glass etc out there to put up with
