SMHA is a California nonprofit corporation organized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. SMHA develops, owns and operates affordable multi-family housing in the community interest. The mission of SMHA is to develop and operate permanently affordable housing that builds strong and stable communities through resident participation and leadership development.
